Candid photos are the best, but let’s be real. When you’re not super comfortable in front of a camera (or when you have little bitties and husbands and extended family all in one picture), you might need a little direction.
As your 30a family photographer, I give you guidance and prompts so you don’t feel awkward (and so no one has their eyes closed or their tongue out in the photo that would have otherwise been everybody’s favorite).
Instead of feeling awkward, I get your kids laughing. I get you all interacting naturally together. I get you having fun.

These are photos you can look back at in 10 years to remember the way your little ones laughed, or the gap between your seven-year-old’s two front teeth.
These are photos every generation can be happy with.
These photos belong in the album on the table in your family room. The ones that will hang on your walls. They’re the photos your kids will grow up with. They’re the photos that’ll be passed down to their kids one day.

I don’t want these precious memories to become an unfinished project on your to-do list, which is why all of my packages already include prints (and digitals) you can keep forever. We can add on custom wall art, and we can even have it installed if you live in 30A.

The Creative Process
01: We will schedule the prep call
We chat on the phone to get to know each other. I’ll ask you about your family, answer all the questions you have, and help you nail down the logistics. We’ll both get excited
02: I send you my ultimate guide to beach photos
This guide answers any question you could possibly have about how to prepare for your session. It covers what to wear, what to bring, and even how to help your man look forward to it (hint: you can let him know he’ll probably have more fun than he thinks he will)
03: You tell me what you need:
From finalizing outfits to planning for weather, I’ve got you covered. As we approach your shoot, don’t hesitate to reach out with questions
04: Toes in the sand (a.k.a photoshoot day):
You bring the kids and the hubby — I’ll bring the camera. (It’ll be the best)
05: You view and order your beautiful photos:
You let me know which images belong on your walls and in that album on the living room table (I can help you decide, too). I’ll take care of the rest
